Repair steps
Inspect zipper slider and teeth
Check the zipper slider for damage and ensure the zipper teeth are aligned and not bent.

Realign zipper tape with slider
Carefully insert the detached zipper tape back into the slider opening, making sure it fits snugly.

Secure the slider
Use pliers to gently pinch the slider to ensure it holds both tapes securely without damaging it.

Test zipper function
Slowly move the zipper slider up and down to check that it closes the zipper evenly on both sides.

Prevent future detachment
If the slider is loose, sew a small stitch or apply a drop of fabric glue near the bottom stop to prevent the slider from coming off again.
