Patch a flat tyre

Find a puncture, patch the tube, and avoid pinching it on refit.

Repair steps

  1. Step 1

    Remove the wheel and fully deflate the tyre.

  2. Step 2

    Lift one tyre edge with levers and take out the tube.

  3. Step 3

    Find the puncture, check the tyre for debris, and patch or replace the tube.

  4. Step 4

    Refit carefully and inflate gradually.
